If you're a commercially minded growth marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves creating pipeline, this could be the role for you.
The Opportunity:
As the first dedicated Growth Marketing hire, you'll take ownership of demand generation strategy and execution, helping to build a scalable revenue engine that drives qualified pipeline and new customer acquisition. You'll have the autonomy to test, learn and optimise across channels while working closely with Sales and Content teams to maximise growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution as much as strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Develop and refine targeting strategies to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Partner closely with Sales to align marketing activity with pipeline objectives.

- Manage paid media budgets and performance reporting.
- Drive conversion rate optimisation across landing pages, forms and campaign journeys.
- Build reporting dashboards and provide insight into marketing performance and pipeline impact.
- Work alongside content and commercial teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years' experience in GTMOps, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Marketing Operations.
- Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and paid acquisition.
- Experience working within B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with modern GTM technology stacks including CRM, enrichment, automation and prospecting tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience operating in high-growth, startup or scale-up environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have:
- Experience within AI, SaaS, MarTech or technology-led businesses.
- Exposure to marketing automation, attribution modelling and revenue operations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.
Why Join?
- Up to £90,000 base salary.
- Performance-related bonus.
- Equity participation.
- Significant ownership and autonomy.
- Direct access to founders and senior leadership.
- Opportunity to shape the growth function from day one.
- Fast-growing business with substantial career progression opportunities.
If you're excited by building, experimenting and creating measurable commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.
