We’re working with a high-growth, VC-backed AI SaaS business building a next-generation client intelligence platform. Think beyond traditional CRM - this is a platform that interprets relationships, surfaces insight, and predicts outcomes, helping client-facing teams make better commercial decisions.
The business operates across Customer Success, Account Management, and Revenue teams, solving a genuinely hard problem around client relationship intelligence - a space that remains largely underserved.
This is a founding SDR role - a chance to join early and help define how outbound and pipeline generation is built. This is not a volume-driven, KPI-heavy SDR role. Instead, you’ll operate in an AI-first, high-performance environment, focused on:
- Quality over quantity
- Insight-led outreach
You’ll work directly with leadership and Account Executives to build pipeline in a thoughtful, modern way:
- Building high-quality pipeline across target enterprise accounts
- Feeding market insight back into sales, marketing, and product
- Identify and prioritise high-value target accounts
- Use AI tools and real signals to inform outreach
- Qualify opportunities based on commercial potential
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in SaaS as a SDR
- Curious with commercial awareness - you understand how and why companies buy
- High standards - focused on quality, not just activity
