We are now on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Passenger Services Supervisor to join our vibrant Passenger Services team based at London Heathrow Airport!
About the role:
You will play a pivotal role supervising all activities within the Passenger Services department (check-in, boarding, and transfers). You will re-roster and allocate staffing based on skillset within the daily Passenger Services activity on shift, ensuring that Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, health & safety, quality standards, and performance targets to guarantee overall customer satisfaction and operational cost efficiency. This role requires flexibility regarding rosters and working hours to meet operational needs.
Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and technical ability within relevant DCS systems. Knowledge of visa and passport regulations is essential, although full training will be provided.
Hours of Work: Full-time Rotating Roster

- Educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of company procedures with all customer airlines and service level agreements
- Proven experience in all areas of Passenger Services
- Experience supervising medium to large teams
- Good organizational skills
- Experience in staff allocation (Preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year face-to-face customer service experience
