As a Customer Service Relationship Manager, you will be the key liaison between our esteemed customers and Glory. Your role will involve managing service-related communications, delivering monthly information packs, and providing updates for our managed customers. In a dynamic team setting, you will work closely with the Sales and Service teams, fostering an exceptional customer experience. By advocating for our business strategy and driving improvement initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Hours of Work: Full-time, with on-site attendance at least three days per week.

Customer Service Relationship Manager Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in customer service, call centre, or technical helpdesk environment.
  • A good level of education with a business qualification being desirable.
  • Clean driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required.
  • Flexibility for occasional "Out of Hours" escalation rota.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data manipulation skills.
