A longtime Executive Assistant, who has been with the Founder for over seven years, is departing to start a family. This role offers a high-exposure opportunity to learn from a driven Founder and the Private Family Office, with potential to launch your career further during a 12-14 month maternity cover.
Responsibilities
- Support the UHNW Founder across daily activities: diary, travel, and meetings
- Prepare board materials and create presentations
- Triage communications and filter what the Founder does not need to see or be involved in
- Collaborate with a dedicated Private PA to oversee all aspects of the Private Family Office
- Assist with personal family projects, philanthropy, and private family events
- Mentor and contribute to philanthropy projects alongside the Private PA
- Involvement with one of the Founder’s art collections
