There’s something wonderful about the luxury industry; the stories, the history that saw the brands grow from an idea into the brand we see before us today. With many brands, there have been custodians who’ve looked after, nurtured, grown and inspired the brand to be at the forefront of an ever-changing world.
In today’s highly competitive luxury market, you can no longer rely upon a name – they must build and create strategies that engage and motivate customers.
It\’s everything from the advertisements we see in magazines, the education and expert-level knowledge the teams in the retail environments exude and the experience from the second you set foot in the store.
And it is in this area that we’ve been asked to support a brand to find an EA for their newly appointed Head of Retail and Customer.
As with all luxury brands, there are often two sides – the creative and the business.
Whilst it is often the Creative side that takes the plaudits, the standing ovations and the front covers, in our experience for Executive Assistants there may be a better route – (hint, it’s the Business side) Fuelled by huge investment, the teams of people are deploying inspirational ideas, building solutions and being at the forefront of perhaps the most important part of Luxury – the Customer.
This role will be a central lynchpin across Education and Operations and will perform an integral support role to the Head, who will travel extensively as part of their role.
Key facts:
Salary £60,000 + £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus
Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
European languages are beneficial (French, Spanish, Italian due to the international nature of the role/team.
Experience within the Luxury industry is essential for this role
