What you own:
Total concept-to-room execution. Sourcing extraordinary spaces globally, managing aggressive supplier negotiations, controlling substantial budgets, and protecting a standard where the margin for error is zero.
Intimate private dinners for 20 discerning guests through to creative productions for 100+. You will travel internationally (at times) to run them on the ground. When something goes sideways in another time zone at 9pm, you fix it.
Large-scale trade-based events. International gatherings with Press and Marketing involvement.
Who this is for:
Someone with a battle-tested track record running high-end events under pressure. Real ownership, real budgets, real accountability. Not internal offsites or "helping" someone else produce a show.
Who this is not for:
Someone who organises creative-based events - parties, weddings, social gatherings or events without a clear ROI metric.
