The last EA stayed for over a decade. That tells you everything about the culture and the C-Suite here. You will be the EA to a newly promoted MD of an iconic British brand based in London HQ. The MD has grown up in this business, and the brand runs through them. They have just stepped into the top job and need someone to build alongside them, not inherit. There is no existing EA, no legacy systems, and no 'this is how we’ve always done it.' You will shape how they work from day one.

People join this company, and they stay. Your voice will be heard, and your ideas will matter. This isn’t a back-office support role where you’re invisible; this is genuine collaboration with a leader who actually wants a partner. The MD is, by all accounts, lovely, which is rare.

This is a role for an EA who loves being an EA. It will allow you to get involved, genuinely help a person, and you’ll hear “thank you” a lot. However, I need someone who can move quickly; short notice periods only. If you’re locked in for three months, this isn’t the one.

If you’ve supported a senior exec before, you know what this takes: judgement, discretion, and the ability to anticipate what’s needed before anyone asks. If you’ve been waiting for a role where you’re not cleaning up someone else’s mess, where you get to create something from scratch with a Principal who actually values what you do, this is it.
