This is an events role disguised as an EA title.

A Family Office Founder with a small, tight team needs someone who can plan and deliver high-end events as their primary function.

Large-scale creative events for 100+.

If you don't have serious, demonstrable experience planning and delivering events at this level, please don't apply.

This isn't a role where you'll learn events on the job.

You'll own events end to end.

Sourcing venues, managing suppliers, controlling budgets, and overseeing every detail from concept through to the event itself.

These events are global, which means you'll travel to manage them on the ground, personally.

If something goes wrong at 9pm in a city you flew into that morning, you're the one fixing it.

Beyond events, you'll handle the core EA function for the Founder.

Diary, travel, personal admin, and the general operational rhythm of a small Family Office.

But make no mistake, events are the centre of gravity here.

A genuine track record of planning and delivering high-end events.

Not "helping with" someone else's event.

Actual ownership of events with real budgets, for discerning audiences, where the margin for error was zero.

If you’ve had experience organising events within the creative and fashion world, then this is a huge advantage.

Experience supporting a Principal or senior individual in a private or Family Office setting is useful but not essential. The events experience is non-negotiable.

You'll need to be London-based and willing to travel internationally at short notice.

Reports to: Founder directly and Head of Family Office.

We are keen to speak with people as soon as possible and will keep an open mind about people with alternative backgrounds (within the event planning world).
