Full spectrum of supply chain activities from generating POs until shipment arrangement.
Issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs) daily.
Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / suppliers & freight forwarders etc).
Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc).
Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management).
Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock).
Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost).
Large volume arrangement to coordinate with a large team.
May be required to travel on a case by case basis.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of good relevant experience.
- Candidate must have experience issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Candidate must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel when requested.
- Candidate must have knowledge and experience in using incoterms.
- Candidate must have liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (i.e., import and export).
- Knowledge of Import / Export documentation.
