Mission: Encadrement et surveillance des élèves de la 6e à la terminale.
Responsabilités et activités:
- Présence dynamique et surveillance active des élèves dans les cours de récréation, les couloirs, la cantine et tous les espaces communs (plusieurs bâtiments à étages, nombreux déplacements).
- Encadrement et sécurisation des flux d’élèves aux portails d’entrée et de sortie de l’établissement.
- Gestion de flux et sécurisation des déplacements d’élèves pendant les intercours et les pauses.
- Prévention des conflits, médiation et rappel du cadre de la vie scolaire (règlement intérieur, policies, procédures).
- Saisie des absences et retards.
- Accueil des élèves et des familles.
- Surveillance occasionnelle de devoirs le samedi matin.
- Participation à l’aide aux devoirs (facultatif).
- Participation aux activités péri‑éducatives : encadrement ou animation de clubs, aide à l’organisation d’événements scolaires (facultatif).
Qualifications:
- Baccalauréat (ou niveau IV équivalence européenne), A Level (copie du/des diplôme(s) à fournir).
Quotité annuelle:
- 1 Poste à 656 heures/an (quotité hebdomadaire minimum = 16 heures)
- 1 Poste à 984 heures/an (quotité hebdomadaire minimum = 24 heures)
- Ajustements sur l’année en fonction des besoins de service.
Bénéfices:
- £1,321.99 (pour 656 heures/an) ou £1,939.43 (pour 984 heures/an)
- Contribution de l’employeur à une mutuelle privée
- 15% de contribution patronale à une caisse de retraite complémentaire
- 60 jours de vacances par an (au pro-rata)
