Missions principales:
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Administratif et Financier adjoint, l’Assistant de Gestion – côté ordonnateur assure un rôle de support administratif, budgétaire et comptable dans l’exécution des dépenses de l’établissement. Il/elle est en charge de la saisie et le contrôle des écritures budgétaires liées aux dépenses payées avant ordonnancement (DAO), avances sur menues dépenses et régies, du traitement budgétaire des factures par typologie de dépenses et par destination, et contribue aux opérations de clôture comptable (CCA, CAPAC, PCA…). Il/elle vérifie la conformité des pièces justificatives et assure le classement et l’archivage des documents financiers, en lien avec les services internes et l’équipe financière.
Missions spécifiques:
- Gestion administrative et budgétaire – côté ordonnateur: Saisie et contrôle des écritures budgétaires relatives aux dépenses dans le respect de la comptabilité publique française, selon la typologie et la destination des dépenses (restauration, services pédagogiques, services généraux, etc.). Vérification de la conformité des pièces justificatives et respect des procédures budgétaires et financières. Coordination avec les services internes pour le suivi des dépenses et appui ponctuel à l’équipe administrative et financière selon les besoins.
- Clôture comptable: Préparation et fiabilisation des données nécessaires aux opérations de clôture comptable (CCA, CAPAC, PCA…). Signalement des anomalies ou écarts identifiés.
- Organisation et conformité: Classement et archivage des pièces comptables et administratives selon les exigences réglementaires. Contribution à l’amélioration continue des procédures budgétaires et administratives.
Quotité hebdomadaire: 20h par semaine / 40 semaines par année (800h par an)

Salaire brut mensuel et bénéfices: £1562.37 brut par mois toutes primes incluses. Contribution de l’employeur à une mutuelle privée, 15% de contribution patronale à une caisse de retraite complémentaire, 60 jours de vacances par an.
