Activités Principales :
- Responsabilité de la mise en paiementdes dépenses de l’établissement, hors salaires. (En eurosou en devises étrangères)
- Prise en charge de toutes ces dépenses en comptabilité générale, du suivi et apurement des comptes de tiers.
- Participation Ă la clĂ´ture descomptes.
- Action dans le dispositif decontrĂ´le interne comptable
Missions Principales détaillées:
Le candidat sélectionné intègrera une équipe dynamique au sein du LFCG et sera principalement en charge des opérations de comptabilité générales suivantes:
- Exécution des paiementsfournisseurs de l’établissement auprès de nos fournisseurs
- Prise en charge des paiements dansle Système d’Information ELAP et analyse des états de soldes des comptes detiers avec lettrage
- Mise à jour du suivi des comptesde trésorerie: saisie des opérations bancaires dans le SI, préparation durapprochement bancaire
- Saisie des flux internes et detout autre mouvement financier relatif à l’Institut Régional de Formation
- Responsable de la mise Ă jour dela base tiers dans le SI
- Préparation de la clôturemensuelle et annuelle des comptes financiers
- Participation dans laformalisation des contrôles effectués conformément au plan de contrôle internecomptable de l’établissement
- Toute autre fonction transversalepermettant l’exécution d’une comptabilité publique française (GBCP)
Quotitéhebdomadaire : 40h par semaine / 40 semaines par année (1600h annuelles)
