As a co-founder, your role will be pivotal in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships with agencies and clients, and expanding our user base in North America and Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Spearheading business development, sales, and go-to-market strategies
  • Building and nurturing relationships with recruiting agencies, RPOs, and enterprise clients
  • Leading strategic partnerships, especially with businesses that have ongoing hiring needs
  • Representing Talentroom at key industry events, conferences, and in press/media opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with the product and technical team to align customer feedback with product development
  • Shaping the company vision and roadmap alongside the founding team

Who You Are

  • A seasoned business leader with a track record of success in the recruiting industry
  • Strong background in recruitment
  • Have deep networks in recruiting agencies and/or companies hiring at scale (especially in North America or Europe)
  • Proven track record in growing revenue, building partnerships, and taking companies to the next stage
  • Excited to be hands-on in the early stages and grow a team around you
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder with a long-term vision
