TENANCY MANAGER

LOCATION: Swindon

SALARY: £26,500 to £28,500 Plus Commission

JOB TYPE: Permanent Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm

Role Purpose

* Responsible for a set number of properties within the portfolio covered

* Deal with maintenance issues and co-ordinate property repairs

* Conduct tenant move ins / move outs / property inspections / inventories

* Deal with Notices and Rent Arrears

* Act as point of contact for clients visiting the office

* Ensure the smooth running of the Tenancy

* Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations

* Conduct property viewings when required

* Deal with rental enquiries

* Other duties as required in the successful running of the Sales & Lettings departments

Experience Required

* Must have Property experience ideally within Lettings

* Driving licence and a car

* Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word

* Able to work independently and as part of a team
