Role Purpose

Our client is looking for an experienced, imaginative, and strategic Marketing Director to take the reins of their brand and lead the talented in-house team. You’ll bring clarity, creativity and commercial thinking to everything from standout campaigns and beautiful property marketing to how they show up in the community and build emotional connections with their audience. This isn’t about ticking boxes or churning out content. It’s about telling a story and helping people fall in love with it.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be at the heart of the brand, driving the strategy and leading a small but mighty team. Your work will span digital, social, video, print, events, and community — and you’ll bring energy and inspiration to every channel. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Shaping and delivering the marketing strategy across all platforms
  • Managing, mentoring and motivating a small in-house team
  • Creating campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and love for the brand
  • Ensuring messaging and visuals are consistent, creative and aligned
  • Supporting the property marketing that helps staff and partners shine
  • Building brand awareness locally and beyond, with community and fundraising initiatives
