TalentRA is a growing recruitment business focused on delivering reliable staffing solutions to clients across the logistics and warehouse sector. We are looking for an experienced and confident Recruitment Business Operations Manager to help lead operations, build strong client partnerships, and represent TalentRA professionally in front of potential partners and stakeholders.
This is a key leadership role for someone who understands recruitment operations, business development, and client relationship management at a senior level. The Recruitment Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day recruitment operations, driving business growth, and acting as a professional representative of TalentRA in meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within logistics, warehouse, industrial, or temporary staffing, and a proven ability to manage operations while developing long-term business relationships.
Essential- 10–15 years of recruitment industry experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong background in operations management and client-facing recruitment roles
- Proven ability to present professionally to clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Experience in business development / account growth within recruitment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, service delivery, and compliance
- Confident using recruitment software / CRM / ATS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
