Talentra Recruitment Solutions is looking for compassionate, reliable Night Care Assistants to join our team, supporting individuals across Cornwall with high-quality overnight care.
About the role:
As a Night Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support and companionship to service users during overnight hours, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Shifts include both active night care and sleep-in positions, depending on client needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing personal care support (washing, dressing, toileting) as needed
- Assisting with medication as per care plans
- Supporting mobility and comfort throughout the night
- Responding promptly to call bells and overnight needs
- Maintaining accurate care records and handover notes
- Providing reassurance and companionship
What we're looking for:
- Previous care experience preferred, but full training provided for the right candidate
- A caring, patient, and reliable nature
- Ability to work independently and use good judgement overnight
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (we can arrange this for you)
