We're currently looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our growing team in Leicester and help individuals live independently in their own homes and communities.
As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you'll support individuals β including those with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or physical disabilities β to live as independently as possible in their own homes or shared supported accommodation. You'll work as part of a team, following each person's individual support plan.
- Supporting individuals with personal care where required
- Supporting individuals to access the community, activities, education, or work

- Experience of positive behaviour support or de-escalation techniques is an advantage
- Flexibility to cover a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

- Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check (we can help guide you through this process)
- Competitive, weekly pay inclusive of rolled-up holiday pay
- Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle
- Full induction and paid training (including moving & handling, medication, safeguarding, positive behaviour support)
- Ongoing career development and access to further qualifications (e.g. NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care)
- Dedicated support from our friendly office team
- Opportunity for temp-to-perm placements with our clients
If you're passionate about promoting independence and want a rewarding career supporting others, we'd love to hear from you. If you need any adjustments or support at any stage of your application, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.
