Are you ready to play a key role in scaling a truly exciting, high-growth consumer brand? We are now looking for an outstanding Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain and help build the infrastructure needed to support continued scale.

This is a critical leadership role, sitting at the heart of the business and acting as the connector between Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance. You will be responsible for ensuring products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and at scale, while also building and optimising the systems, processes, and partnerships required for long-term growth.

  • Translating commercial growth plans into robust supply strategies
  • Leading procurement across materials, packaging, and suppliers
  • Building strong supplier partnerships, governance, and risk management frameworks
  • Driving inventory optimisation and working capital efficiency
  • Overseeing logistics and fulfilment to deliver high service levels
  • Developing and evolving the supply chain function as the business grows

8–12+ years' experience in senior supply chain roles within FMCG / CPG

Strong procurement and supplier management expertise

Commercially minded, data-driven, and systems fluent
