Ever wanted to be the quality expert behind one of the most exciting drinks brands in the UK right now? We are working exclusively with a fast-growing premium drinks and supplements brand on a Quality Manager search. They have serious momentum, a product people love, and big ambitions. Now they need a quality professional who can grow with them and make sure every product that leaves the door is something to be proud of.

The role: This is a standalone role with real influence. You will be the quality guardian for the business, working across ops, supply chain, R&D and commercial as a trusted expert. No two days will look the same.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the quality management system and making it best in class
  • Managing supplier relationships, audits and performance
  • Keeping food safety certifications tight and compliance on track
  • Getting hands-on with NPD and bringing new products to life the right way
  • Being the go-to person when problems need solving quickly

Who we are looking for:

You will have a genuine passion for food safety and quality, and thrive in a fast-paced, premium brand environment. You will be equally comfortable in the detail and in the boardroom, with the credibility to influence across functions.

The must-haves are:

  • 5+ years in a quality or technical role within food and drink manufacturing
  • A beverages background, ideally across both alcoholic and soft drinks
  • Proven experience managing co-packers or contract manufacturers
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and prerequisite programmes
  • Experience of supplier auditing, KPI management and corrective action processes
  • Familiarity with shelf-life and stability testing, including carbonation and packaging interactions

Experience supporting NPD from a quality and technical perspective, and a background in premium or branded consumer products, would make you stand out even further.

Why this one is worth your time:

This brand is growing fast, has a product people genuinely love, and a culture to match. It is the kind of opportunity where you can make a real mark, not just maintain the status quo. If you are looking for a role where quality is genuinely valued at the highest level, this is it.
