They're looking for an Supply Chain / Operations Manager to lead demand planning, acting as the vital link between sales, manufacturing, and logistics.
You'll turn demand forecasts into supply plans, keep factory purchase orders and inbound deliveries on track, and make sure the wider business always has visibility of supply risks before they become problems.
This is a role with real ownership. You'll be the person who keeps the whole supply chain honest, from forecast to shelf.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the demand planning and forecasting process, working closely with sales to sharpen accuracy
- Supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and flagging supply and demand risks early
- Raising and managing factory purchase orders against demand forecasts and inventory needs
- Tracking production schedules, lead times, and inbound deliveries to keep supply on time
- Resolving issues with orders, deliveries, and product availability as they arise
- Acting as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
- Maintaining KPI dashboards and using the data to spot trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Driving continuous improvement across forecasting, inventory, ordering, and supply chain processes
What you'll bring
- 2 to 4 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
- Experience managing an end-to-end supply chain, ideally with third-party manufacturing partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable digging into the detail
- A track record of simplifying or automating processes to drive efficiency
- Confidence coordinating across sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams
- The ability to stay on top of multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
