This is a newly created procurement role within a growing QSR brand. The role will play a pivotal part within the commercial function and requires someone with a passion for food & beverage procurement.

Our Client

Our client is a well established QSR-Food brand, based in London. This role will be part of a small supply chain team and the role reports to the CFO.

The role

This opportunity will focus on building long term relationships with global suppliers, working cross functionally on menu development and leading commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the procurement across various food, drinks and packaging categories.
  • Building long term and strategic relationships with global suppliers.
  • Leading commercial negotiations on various supplier contracts.
  • Ensuring 'procurement best practice' is implemented.

Required experience

  • 6+ years of F&B procurement experience.
  • Experienced working within the QSR or Food Services industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • A passion for the food industry!
