Our Client

Our client is a well established FMCG-Food brand, based in London. They have a high performing procurement function and this is a newly created role.

The role

This opportunity will focus on building long term relationships with global suppliers, working cross functionally on new product innovation (NPI) and leading commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the procurement across various ingredients categories.
  • Building long term and strategic relationships with global suppliers.
  • Working with the innovation team on NPD and NPI.
  • Leading commercial negotiations on various supplier contracts.
  • Ensuring 'procurement best practice' is implemented.

Required experience

  • 5 + years of ingredients procurement experience.
  • Experienced working within the QSR or Food Services industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • A passion for the food industry!
