Our Client
Our client is a well-established manufacturing business within the FMCG industry. They are a specialist within packaging manufacturing for the FMCG industry. Their procurement division is on a global scale and this role will be an integral part of the strategic procurement function.
The Role
- Leading the procurement across a range of packaging materials and indirect categories
- Developing long term relationships with internal stakeholders, such as finance, manufacturing and supply chain
- Leading commercial terms and negotiations with suppliers
- Implementing procurement 'best practices'
- Ensuring that risk is managed appropriately across all commodities and categories
Experience required
- 5 years of procurement experience from within a manufacturing environment
- Commercial and strategic mindset
