I'm partnering with one of the UK's most exciting high-growth consumer brands, now approaching £100m in revenue and continuing to expand rapidly across international markets. As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are looking to appoint a Head of Demand Planning to take ownership of the global demand planning function, leading forecasting across multiple channels and regions while building the processes, systems and capabilities required to support future scale.
This is a highly visible leadership position, responsible for owning the global demand signal across retail, eCommerce and international markets. Key responsibilities include:
- Own and lead the global demand planning and S&OP process across all markets and channels
- Develop accurate short, medium and long-term demand forecasts to support business growth
- Lead and develop the demand planning team, creating a best-in-class planning function
Your Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain within FMCG or consumer goods
- Proven experience owning demand planning across multiple channels, regions or international markets
- Strong S&OP and forecasting expertise within a fast-paced growth environment
- Experience leading a high performing team
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions
- Comfortable operating in a changing, entrepreneurial and high-growth environment
