Our Client
Our client is a leading and successful healthy QSR brand, with a growing presence across the UK and future plans in Europe. The business is fast-paced, ambitious and continuing to expand across its European markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, established supply chain team and take ownership of an important part of the business's operations.
The Role
This role will take responsibility for the Supply Chain, working closely with 3PL partners to ensure products are delivered into restaurants on time and in full.
You'll manage day-to-day supply chain performance while also developing strong relationships with logistics partners and identifying opportunities to improve service, processes and efficiency as the business continues to grow.
Responsibilities include
- Leading supply chain operations across multiple European markets
- Managing relationships and performance with key 3PL and logistics partners
- Driving strong OTIF performance and product availability across the restaurant estate
- Monitoring supply chain performance and resolving operational issues
- Working closely with internal Procurement, Technical and Operations teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service levels and supply chain efficiency
Required Experience
- 7 + years of supply chain experience within food, hospitality, QSR or FMCG
- Experience managing 3PL and logistics partners
- Previous exposure to European or international supply chains
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing and hands-on environment
