Our ClientOur client is an exciting, innovative and fast paced food business. They produce high quality, healthy food products that are well known across the UK and Europe.
The RoleThis is a newly created role and will be an essential part of the supply chain team.
Responsibilities
Lead the procurement across various ingredients, building strategic relationships with both internal and external suppliers.
Working closely with global suppliers and developing long term relationships.
Managing the ingredients category and ensuring procurement \’best practices\’
Working closely with the technical and NPD team, to support new product launches.
Required Experience
4 + years of procurement experience, sourcing ingredients or food procurement
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A passion for the food industry!
CIPS or Degree educated (ideally)
