E-Commerce CRM Manager (12-Month FTC)
Location: Hybrid/Northamptonshire, 2 days a week.
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000
Working for a well-known sporting brand, you will be joining on a 12-month maternity cover.
As their E-Commerce CRM & Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of all CRM and campaign activity across our growing online store. You’ll be the driving force behind engaging, data-led campaigns that turn customers into loyal fans.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and optimise CRM campaigns (email, SMS and more) through platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Segment audiences and create personalised, high-performing communications that convert.
- Own the e-commerce marketing calendar and lead campaign planning across product, brand, and trading teams.
- Collaborate with content, social and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
- Analyse results, report performance, and use insights to shape future strategy.
- Stay ahead of the curve – spotting new trends in retention, loyalty, and community engagement.
What you’ll bring
- A solid background in e-commerce or retail marketing, with hands-on CRM experience.
- Proven success in delivering results-driven, customer-focused campaigns.
- Experience with ESPs like Klaviyo, plus a good grasp of Shopify and social ad platforms.
- A balance of creativity and commercial thinking – you know what makes customers click.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Bonus points if you’ve worked in fashion, lifestyle or sports brands, or have HTML/email coding experience.
