London, 2 days per week in the office with some travel to 3PL required. Genuinely one of the most exciting brands in the UK right now! Own global warehouse, fulfillment and logistics operations for a rapidly scaling consumer brand.

About the Role

You’ll own everything from the point stock arrives into the warehouse through to successful fulfillment and delivery, working across a growing international network of 3PLs. This is initially a very hands-on role. You’ll get into the detail, fix processes and become the central point of contact for warehouse and logistics partners. Longer term, you’ll build the systems, processes and team required to create a scalable global fulfillment operation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing global 3PL and carrier relationships, SLAs and performance
  • Owning goods-in, inventory accuracy, picking, dispatch, returns and OTIF
  • Building structure around order management and warehouse processes
  • Driving improvements across cost per order, freight spend and service levels
  • Leading 3PL onboarding and fulfillment setup as the business enters new markets
  • Creating SOPs, reporting and scalable processes that can eventually be handed to a growing team
  • Spending time on-site with warehouse partners to understand issues and drive improvements

Your Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience across warehouse operations, logistics or 3PL management
  • Strong experience managing outsourced warehouse and carrier partners
  • Experience within DTC, eCommerce or subscription consumer goods
  • Hands-on warehouse exposure and a strong understanding of fulfillment operations
  • Commercially minded with experience improving cost, service and operational performance
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment where processes are still being built
  • Proactive, low ego and willing to get into the detail rather than manage from a distance
  • International fulfillment or multi-market experience would be highly advantageous

What’s on Offer

  • Strong salary + bonus + package
  • A newly created role with genuine ownership of a global logistics and fulfillment function
  • Significant opportunity to build the function, team and processes as the business scales
  • Clear scope for the position to become considerably more strategic and senior over the next 12-24 months
  • Hybrid working, regular warehouse exposure and international opportunities as the business grows
