A well-established global FMCG business operating across international markets, with a strong portfolio of consumer products and ambitious growth across Europe, is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to take ownership of supply planning across EU distributor markets, whilst managing warehouse operations and cross-border supply flows.
This is a broad, hands-on role sitting across supply planning, demand planning, logistics and distributor management. You’ll take ownership of supply into a Netherlands-based 3PL, ensuring product availability across key European markets and supporting a growing Amazon EU channel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end supply from international manufacturing sites into the EU warehouse
- Acting as the key contact for 3PL operations in the Netherlands, ensuring stock accuracy and service levels
- Owning supply planning for European distributor markets (Germany, France, Netherlands, Nordics)
- Supporting Amazon EU forecasting and supply alignment in a high-growth channel
- Leading stock reconciliation and resolving discrepancies across systems
- Supporting new product launches and ongoing portfolio changes
- Driving process improvements across planning, systems and operations
Your experience:
- 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG supply chain or planning roles
- Strong supply planning experience (demand exposure helpful but not essential)
- Experience working with 3PLs, distributors or international supply chains
- Strong Excel and analytical capability
- ERP experience (Kinaxis/Oracle or similar advantageous)
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
