Our client is a well established FMCG brand with a global presence. They have a great range of well known products and are highly innovative.
This is a newly created role and will be an integral part of the procurement team. The role will be both strategic and hands on, focusing on utilising data and analytics to support the Procurement Category Managers, Head of Procurement and other members of the procurement team across all indirect procurement spend. You will join an already established and thriving procurement team, offering lots of development opportunities and career progression.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the procurement analytics across various indirect categories.
- Manage a wide range of internal stakeholders including the senior leadership team.
- Lead and negotiate on various supplier contracts.
- Ensure 'procurement best practice' is implemented.
Required experience:
- 5+ years of procurement experience in a highly analytical role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
