TalentPool are delighted to partner with a global branded Personal Care business based in Richmond who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Brand Manager to work on 3 of their high performing brands! The role is broad and will work in a close-knit team of marketeers reporting into the UK General Manager.
What You’ll Lead
- Develop and execute UK marketing strategy across all categories, aligned to long‑term sales, profit, and growth goals.
- Own full P&L management: forecasting, pricing, budget control, profitability, and commercial planning.
- Analyse brand, category, and consumer trends using Circana/EPOS and other data sources — turning insights into actionable growth plans.
- Lead new product launches, packaging changes, and brand renovations from concept to execution.
- Build and optimise media plans with agency partners; oversee social strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and influencer channels.
- Drive marketing mix excellence and adapt global communication assets for the UK market.
- Collaborate with international marketing, media, R&D, regulatory, supply chain, finance, and UK sales teams.
- Manage one direct report and foster a high‑performance, growth‑oriented culture.
What You Bring
- 6–10 years’ experience in a blue‑chip FMCG / Personal Care or OTC environment, ideally multinational.
- Strong cross‑functional exposure across Marketing, Sales, or Customer Marketing.
- Proven ability to turn data into compelling commercial stories and growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of the UK retail landscape and consumer behaviour.
- Experience leading agencies and managing complex stakeholder groups.
- A self‑starter mindset: proactive, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
