A leading hospitality business, operating across a diverse portfolio of sites throughout the UK, is seeking a Buyer for Indirect Procurement in Central London (Hybrid) with a salary of up to Β£55,000 plus bonus and benefits.

The Role: Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Director, this is a broad procurement role managing a variety of spend categories across a complex, multi-site hospitality business. The role offers a great balance between strategic category management and hands-on procurement. You will lead sourcing projects, negotiate with suppliers and develop category strategies, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing procurement across a range of indirect categories, including Facilities Management, Consumables, Packaging, Uniforms and IT
  • Leading tenders, commercial negotiations and supplier contract management
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers
  • Working closely with stakeholders across a complex, multi-site hospitality business
  • Using market insights and spend analysis to identify savings, innovation and continuous improvement opportunities

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years' procurement experience across indirect spend categories
  • Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial capabilities
  • Experience within hospitality, foodservice, facilities management or another multi-site environment would be advantageous
