Our client is a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand with a strong presence across the UK and Europe. As a well-established and growing business, they continue to invest in their people, products and supply chain. Reporting to the Director of EMEA Supply Chain, this role will lead the procurement function across the UK and European business.
Managing a team of four procurement professionals, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing of all food, beverage and non-food categories, while driving commercial value, supplier performance and procurement best practice.
Working closely with both the New Product Development (NPD) and Supply Chain teams, you will play a key role in supporting innovation, ensuring supply continuity and delivering value across the business.
- Leading the procurement strategy across all food, beverage and non-food categories

10+ years' procurement experience across food and beverage categories. A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing procurement teams. Excellent commercial negotiation and supplier relationship management experience. A passion for the food industry and delivering commercial value through procurement.
