Our Client
Our client is a well established FMCG business in the UK and Europe. They have a great range of well known brands and offer a diverse number of well known products.
The role
This role will join a well established and successful procurement team. The role will lead the procurement across 'Point of Sales', Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Packaging and Marketing.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the procurement across marketing and packaging categories.
- Building long term and strategic relationships with global suppliers.
- Managing a wide range of internal stakeholders including the senior leadership team.
- Leading and negotiating on various supplier contracts.
- Ensuring 'procurement best practice' is implemented.
Required experience
- 5 + years of procurement experience, sourcing marketing, POS or packaging.
- Experienced working within the FMCG, Food or cosmetics industry.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills, commercial and category management skills.
