This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Manager to take ownership of a high-performing brand within their UK business. As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the brand’s growth agenda, overseeing brand strategy, performance, innovation, and communication across the UK market. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and develop a Brand Manager and ABM.
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, delivering growth across the 4Ps.
- Own the innovation pipeline – from concept to launch – ensuring strong local execution and global alignment.
- Monitor brand performance, using data and insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Category, Finance, and Global Brand teams to ensure flawless delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a Brand Manager & ABM, fostering a culture of high performance and creativity.
- Act as a key influencer across the wider marketing organisation, contributing to the long-term brand and business vision.
We’re looking for current Marketing Manager / Controller level candidates (team leads) rather than someone stepping up from Senior Brand Manager level.
Proven track record in brand management or marketing within FMCG (ideally food & beverage).
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing brand P&L and strategic planning.
Passionate about brands, innovation, and consumer insight-driven marketing.
