Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing a procurement strategy, creating centralised frameworks and embedding procurement best practice across international markets.
- Providing expertise on coffee commodities and sustainability, influencing sourcing decisions and establishing global purchasing standards.
- Building strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver innovation, resilience, and long-term value.
Proven experience managing large-scale global procurement categories within FMCG, retail, foodservice, or hospitality environments is essential.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering value through strategic supplier partnerships and negotiations is required.
