Our client, a global QSR operator is looking to accelerate expansion in the UK whilst growing its existing international markets. The business has seen significant growth over the last 4 years and has over 100 restaurants, and has established itself as one of the leading, and most exciting QSR brands in the UK.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the CMO the Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading the UK marketing function, and where required support the wider marketing team on key projects and workstreams. You'll have full responsibility for the marketing budget vs the plan to ensure strategic growth whilst working with key partners both internally and externally. This is a fastāpaced, multiāsite, franchise-led environment, so you'll be comfortable balancing brand building with sales activation, and you'll know how to keep multiple stakeholders aligned while still moving at pace.
What youāll be doing
- Providing strategic leadership of the UK marketing function, including budget planning, control and reporting.
- Developing and executing a longāterm commercial growth strategy that delivers profitable, yearāonāyear revenue growth.
- Owning a fully integrated, multiāchannel marketing plan that drives awareness, consideration, acquisition and retention.
- Building strong relationships with franchise partners and key delivery/aggregator partners to unlock performance and scalable growth.
- Leading relationships with media, PR, digital, social, research and insight partners, ensuring bestāināclass execution and strong commercial value.
- Embedding a dataādriven culture across the team, with clear KPIs, regular reporting and action planning to improve ROI.
- Managing and coaching the UK marketing team, creating a disciplined but creative way of working where people can do their best work.
- Owning weekly and monthly reporting: sales vs plan, customer metrics, channel performance and activity "autopsies" so we keep learning and improving.
Key Competencies / experience required
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Head of Marketing (or similar senior role) in a fastāpaced retail, QSR or multiāsite environment.
- Proven track record managing significant marketing budgets and making clear commercial tradeāoffs.
- Deep understanding of the full marketing mix across brand, digital, social, CRM/loyalty and performance channels.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder skills; you know how to influence, challenge and bring people with you.
- Comfortable with data and insight, using numbers to shape strategy and optimise activity, not just report on it.
- Experience working with delivery partners and loyalty programmes is a bonus.

- c£80,000 base + profit related bonus scheme.
