Supply Chain Lead – EU Markets FMCG | London | Up to £55,000
TalentPool have partnered with another scale up FMCG company on an exciting growth journey, expanding rapidly across the UK and entering new EU and international markets. As the business scales, they are looking for a Supply Chain Leader to join their London HQ and support European operations. This role is due to the company's continued growth and has strong potential to evolve as the company continues to expand.
The Role
- Managing EU supply chain operations and working closely with 3PL partners
- Overseeing order processing and stock allocation for EU customers
- Supporting packaging and labelling reworks for different EU markets
- Collaborating with Sales Ops and the Supply Planner to ensure stock availability
- Responding to EU customer delivery queries and resolving issues
- Using their ERP to manage supply chain processes
- Supporting continuous improvement as the business scales
This is not a management role initially, but there is clear scope for future direct reports as EU operations grow.
About the Candidate
- Proven experience in sales operations and order processing
- Previous experience working with EU markets
- 3PL management experience highly desirable
- Ideally you'll have worked in the food or drinks industry
- Experience in an FMCG scale up environment highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
