TalentPool is growing, and we're looking for our first dedicated Business Operations & Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter of our business. This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist talent solutions firm partnering with some of the world's most exciting Consumer businesses.
Working directly with our leadership team, you'll take ownership across:
- LinkedIn and social media content
- Brand collateral and presentations
- Website management (WordPress)
- Canva and Figma design
- Sales Enablement & Recruitment Support
- Client pitch decks and proposals
- Candidate packs and marketing materials
- Creative advertising content
- Supporting key business initiatives and projects
- Building processes and infrastructure to support growth
- Marketing analytics, SEO and website performance tracking
- Executive support to the leadership team
- Client networking events
- Internal all-hands meetings and team socials
- Offsites, travel coordination and company events
We're looking for someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial impact - someone who can create compelling content, support business growth, and help build a scalable operation behind the scenes.
Full Time or Part Time considered. Hybrid working - ideally 2 days in Central London office.
