A pioneering beauty and personal care business with a long-standing heritage and loyal customer base is looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Sales to help shape its next chapter.
With strong foundations and established partnerships already in place, the business is entering an exciting growth phase – expanding into grocery and major high street retailers, accelerating international development, and further scaling ecommerce.
This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for commercial strategy and revenue growth across retail, QVC, professional spa & salon, and international channels.
You’ll take ownership of strengthening and expanding existing partnerships, unlocking new business opportunities, and driving sustainable growth across multiple routes to market. Working closely with the wider leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future commercial direction of the business.

What you’ll do:
- Drive revenue growth across all on & offline channels
- Secure new retail accounts and major growth opportunities
- Lead and grow relationships with national retailers and partners
- Own commercial performance across QVC
- Expand professional spa and salon distribution
- Grow international distributor partnerships
- Lead forecasting, commercial planning and sales targets
- Identify cross-channel opportunities to maximise growth
We’re looking for someone with experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, haircare or wellness who brings strong commercial instincts, account management expertise and a proactive, hands-on approach.
This role could suit an experienced commercial leader or someone ready to step into a broader Head of Sales position with real ownership and influence.
