I’m partnering with a well-established premium consumer brand in the food & beverage space to find a Junior Designer to join their in-house Creative & E-commerce team. This role is ideal for a designer with 1–3 years’ professional experience who loves precision, consistency, and delivering high-quality work within clear brand guidelines. It’s an execution-led position rather than conceptual-heavy, perfect if you take pride in getting the details right and seeing work through from brief to final delivery.
The role
You’ll support the Creative Design Manager and E-commerce team, working across packaging, digital, and in-store touchpoints. The environment is fast-paced, with multiple small projects running in parallel, so organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail are key.
What you’ll be doing
- Rolling out designs using existing brand templates across packaging, POS, product mock-ups, and marketing materials
- Preparing moodboards and light design direction in line with brand guidelines
- Creating simple illustrations and graphic elements that fit within an established visual system
- Supporting AI-assisted illustration, image editing, and short-form video assets where appropriate
- Refining, checking, and exporting final artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Coordinating print and production requirements with internal teams
- Liaising with print suppliers and ensuring files meet technical specs
- Managing artwork sign-off, print timelines, and delivery updates
- Reviewing in-store POS and signage on a regular basis
- Preparing and updating website assets
- Supporting visual assets for email marketing and social campaigns
- Collaborating closely with the e-commerce team on asset delivery and scheduling
- Sharing regular competitor research, visual inspiration, and relevant design trends
What they’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye for consistency and accuracy
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple small tasks
- Confident working to tight deadlines with frequent feedback and iteration
- Experience in a small or fast-growing team environment
- A genuine interest in branding, design, and premium consumer products
- Bonus (not essential): exposure to Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
What’s on offer
- Hybrid working (3 days per week in a London office)
- Clear progression as the brand continues to scale
- Supportive, collaborative in-house creative team
