Inventory Manager | High growth drinks brand
I'm partnering with a globally recognised FMCG brand looking for an Inventory Specialist to join their UK Logistics team. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to take ownership of inventory accuracy, drive continuous improvement and make a genuine impact within a fast-paced, high-performing business.
About the Role

- Own inventory accuracy, stock reconciliations and discrepancy investigations across 3PL partners.
- Identify recurring inventory issues and implement long-term solutions rather than short-term fixes.
- Work closely with warehouse partners to improve stock control processes and operational performance.
- Analyse inventory data, identify trends and communicate key insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support SAP inventory transactions, stock movements and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and inventory operations.
Your Experience
- Experience within inventory management, stock control or logistics, ideally within FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
- SAP experience advantageous, but not essential for someone with strong systems and data capabilities.
- Proven ability to investigate problems, identify root causes and improve processes.
- Confident communicator who can challenge stakeholders and influence change.
- Proactive, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
What's on Offer
- Β£45,000 salary + 20% bonus.
- Hybrid working, 2-3 days per week
- Opportunity to join a globally recognised FMCG brand with a strong culture and excellent career development opportunities.
