I’m supporting a high-growth, mission-led personal care brand as they expand rapidly across the UK & EMEA. This is a business scaling fast across retail, digital and international markets – and they’re now hiring a strategic yet hands-on Head of Operations & Supply Chain to build a supply platform that supports the next phase of growth.

This person will own the UK/EMEA operations and supply chain roadmap – driving cost efficiencies, improving supply resilience, and delivering truly world-class execution across DTC, retail, and distributor channels.

The opportunity:

• Create and execute a scalable supply chain strategy for UK/Europe
• Lead vendor and 3PL optimisation to deliver meaningful COGS savings
• Build a best-in-class S&OP cadence, integrating demand & supply planning
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations across multiple countries
• Support retail growth with major grocers, drugstores & marketplaces
• Lead supply chain input across new market launches
• Build and mentor a high-performing supply, planning & customer ops team

What they’re looking for:

✅ 10+ years in supply chain leadership across FMCG / consumer goods / personal care

✅ Strong track record working with major UK retailers (boots, grocers, omnichannel)

✅ Amazon expertise + understanding of DTC and retail supply ops

✅ Proven success managing 3PLs & multi-warehouse networks

✅ Strong Excel — comfortable operating without full planning system support

✅ EDI feeds + retail ERP / OMS/ WMS exposure (Cin7 a plus)

✅ Experience across multiple EU markets ideal (France, NL, DACH, Nordics)
