We’re partnering with a fast-scaling B Corp food business that’s shaking up the category with bold innovation, national retail growth, and a clear mission to make better food for people and the planet. They’re now looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of the product portfolio, driving both EPD and NPD from concept through to launch.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Sales, Technical, and Finance, managing projects through the full stage-gate process and ensuring every product tastes amazing, performs commercially, and meets high sustainability standards. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that blends creative thinking with commercial rigour.

You’ll be analysing data and consumer insights, leading packaging innovation, and championing product quality to ensure flawless execution across every launch.
