TalentPool, a fast-growing beauty brand, seeks a Demand / Supply Planner for a 12-month FTC. The role starts with Demand Planning and expands to Supply Planning for end-to-end exposure.
You will own short- to long-term forecasts, analyse KPIs, and partner with Commercial to build a consensus forecast and support S&OP. You’ll also manage supply plans, inventory, supplier risks and POs while contributing to planning system improvements.
