Role Overview

Deliver outstanding customer service and support across our busy station or bus interchange. Safeguard a welcoming environment, provide clear communication and maintain high quality service throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers buying tickets at ticket offices, self‑service ticket machines or via the mobile app.
  • Monitor ticket‑gate barriers, check tickets and issue penalty fares where appropriate.
  • Assist customers on platforms and oversee the safe and timely dispatch of trains.
  • Provide assistance to customers with accessibility needs.
