I’m currently partnering with a super impressive FMCG food brand who have been on a growth trajectory since launching 7 years ago. They have had impressive growth in the UK since launching with no signs of slowing down! Due to international expansion they are now looking to hire a German-speaking Country Manager to lead and develop the DACH region. This region is underdeveloped so there’s a big opportunity to have impact from day one and be part of a rapidly growing international function. A brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building distributor and retailer relationships, driving international growth, and operating in a fast-paced challenger brand environment.

Key focus areas:

  • Managing and growing the DACH region
  • Distributor and retail account management
  • Developing JBPs and commercial plans
  • Driving new business opportunities
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain and category teams

Looking for someone with:

  • German language skills
