With strong retail momentum, growing B2B partnerships and ambitious plans for the future, they are looking to hire a Planning & Operations Manager to support the next phase of growth.
Reporting into the Operations Director, you'll play a key role in keeping products moving through the supply chain while ensuring stock availability, supplier performance and operational efficiency remain at a high standard.
- Managing production planning across both retail and B2B channels
- Working closely with manufacturing partners, suppliers and logistics providers to coordinate supply requirements
- Monitoring stock levels across the network and proactively identifying risks or constraints
- Supporting retailer supply performance across major UK grocery accounts
- Tracking supplier performance and using data to drive accountability and improvements
3-5 years' experience within supply chain, planning or operations.
- Experience within FMCG, food or another fast-moving consumer environment
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
